Dont know if this is true or not, but apparently if you drop a raisin into a fresh glass of champagne it will bounce up and down continuously.

I've never done this one, but if you are staying hom or having guests over this is an easy thing to do.
(especially if you have kids)

Blow up some balloons.
tear a garbage bag an tape one end to the ceiling
Holding the other end (where the handles are) fille the bag with balloons
(set them on the part of the badg facing upward, kinda tough to get them to stick on the bottom)
Then tape the handle side up leaving something to grab or attaching a string
At midnight, pull the string and down come the ballons
